I’m all for anything pink. And anything that supports a good cause such as Breast Cancer. I’m just a bit concerned that too many gadgets are appearing with in the colour pink some with breast cancer support, some without.
We all know that to a humble store owner – anything pink sells like hotcakes…girls like me I imagine (or girls that want to be like me), but if we continue to flood the market with anything in a bright or pale shade of Pink eventually us girls will get bored and we’ll go back to buying things that look like expensive jewelery, why you ask, it’s just not special anymore.
I’m sure with the pink gadget fad support for breast cancer has had a fair flurry of support…we’ve had Mobile Phones, cordless phones, GHD’s (and other unmentionable hair straigtner products), headphones, iPod and iPhone covers, tasters, MP3 players, Laptops, Laptop covers…the list goes on and on, hell I even have pink breast cancer support Golf clubs.
Think back to the 1990′s (shudder) any gadgets or appliances were black, white or silver – BORING. The pink was a refreshing burst of loveliness but I think it’s had it’s day…let’s reduce the number of pink for the sake of being pink gadgets so that pink becomes something of a special item again, like when Motorola released the RAZR in Pink and we danced in the street with excitement.
Says the girl with all the pink gadgets in the world.

It’s only a matter of time before the Louis Vuitton one arrives ladies.
